Be Your Own Guinea Pig

t dawned on me that I might need to shake things up in my routine. And this is where the “guinea pig” title comes in. I might need to do some experimenting—on myself! (On a side note here… As I am writing this, it occurs to me that it has been a long time since I have read about researchers experimenting on guinea pigs; nowadays, I mostly read about lab rats.
